We offer personalized import services, which are a unique way to offer our clients a better price on the desired vehicle, as well as the opportunity to import the vehicle in the condition and with any modification requested by our client.
We will always try to make the process as easy as possible for our client, which will be the following:
PROCESS TO FOLLOW:
STEP 1: Vehicle Search
We will carry out an exhaustive search for the vehicle desired by our client.
Due to our experience and contacts in the sector we can search and offer the vehicle from private sale, professionals or auctions, which offers us a wide search sector in order to be able to find the vehicle in the exact conditions demanded by our clients.
Photos will be sent via email, phone or in person at our facilities.
STEP 2: INSPECTION OF THE VEHICLE
Once we have found the perfect vehicle for our client, it is time to inspect the vehicle.
This process will be carried out in Japan by our partners, and with this we will ensure that the vehicle is 100% in the desired conditions before proceeding to purchase it.
STEP 3: PURCHASE THE VEHICLE
Once the vehicle has been inspected and we are sure that the vehicle is in the desired conditions, it is time to proceed with the purchase of the vehicle.
"If the vehicle is purchased at auction a deposit is required before proceeding to bid on the vehicle, the amount of the deposit will depend on the vehicle chosen."
Once the vehicle has been purchased, either by auction or by direct sale, it is time to arrange all the necessary paperwork in Japan and arrange the shipping process. All this process is carried out by us so our client does not have to worry about anything.
From the moment of purchase of the vehicle until the vehicle arrives in the us, it usually takes around 6 weeks, as you can imagine, the vehicle is shipped by Marine transport.
STEP 4: ARRIVAL OF THE VEHICLE AT NEAREST PORT
Once the vehicle arrives in the US we will take care of arranging all the necessary papers to be able to collect the vehicle at the port, as well aS customs, taxes, port fees, etc.
STEP 5: COLLECTION OF THE VEHICLE IN PORT AND TRANSPORT TO OUR FACILITIES
At this time we proceed to collect the vehicle in port and transfer it to our facilities.
Once here we will take care of preparing the vehicle as well as fixing anything that is necessary, or any modification requested by the buyer.
Once the vehicle is ready, we will take care of all the registration process.
STEP 6: PICK UP OR DELIVERY OF THE VEHICLE TO THE BUYER
Once the vehicle is registered and with all its papers in order, the long-awaited moment arrives in which the buyer goes to us to pick up the vehicle or we will proceed to send the vehicle to the point indicated by the buyer.
